- 1 kg Chicken
- 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- ½ tsp Cumin powder
- ½ tsp Coriander powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric powder
- 4 tbsp Yogurt
- Salt as per taste
Mix yogurt and all the powdered spices well in a mixing bowl.
Add chicken pieces in the mix and let the marinade sit for 2 to 3 hours.
Heat oil in a wok for deep-frying. Add the all-purpose flour, cornflour, and beaten eggs to the chicken marination. Now, mix them thoroughly.
When the oil is hot, reduce the flames to medium-high. Now carefully lower the chicken pieces 3 to 4 at a time.
Turn the side with the help of a tong. Let the chicken fry on a medium flame for 5 to 7 minutes.
When the chicken pieces are brown in color take them out and place them in a dish.
Keep frying the chicken in the same manner. 3 to 4 pieces at a time in the wok will ensure that heat is equally distributed and the chicken will be fully cooked from inside.
