Fish fry can be served as an appetizer and also it can be a perfect side to any main dish. It can also be served with Matar Pulao (peas pilaf), or with simple plain white rice and any Daal (pulses) of your choice.

1. Tilapia fish fillet – 10/12 medium size pieces
2. Ginger garlic paste – 1tbsp
3. Red chili powder – 1 tsp
4. Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
5. Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
6. Salt – to taste
7. Lemon juice of half a lemon
8. Vinegar – 1 tbsp.
9. All-purpose flour – for coating fish pieces
